Sarah Vaughn Finalist Andrea Miller
“A brilliant young singer” – Al Jarreau
Andrea Miller’s voice has been described as soulful, sensual, hypnotic and endearing. She has been a Top 5 Finalist in the International Sarah Vaughan Jazz Vocal Competition several years running.
Influenced by Nancy Wilson, Sarah Vaughan and Stevie Wonder, Andrea is currently heating up the international jazz scene and radio stations.
Andrea opened for the legendary Al Jarreau at many concerts before he passed including the Newport Beach Jazz Festival. She received a standing ovation and gracious compliments from Jarreau and his band and was set to tour with and open for him in Europe 2017, just prior to his passing.
In 2020 Andrea headlined Bemol 5 Jazz club in Lyon, France. In 2019 she headlined Jazz De Polanco Festival in Mexico City and Jazz at LACMA in Los Angeles. In 2018 Andrea headlined the Newport Beach Jazz Party Series, and in 2017 she headlined the Utah Arts Festival, the Salt Lake City Jazz Festival and the Newport Beach Summer Jazz Series with the Tom Kubis Big Band.

“Singer at Large” Johnny J. Blair has been playing music professionally since the 1980s, having toured internationally, released many recordings, and worked with major artists. However, over the years, one of his joys is to perform for the residents in assisted living homes. “I’ve played the Royal Albert Hall, Disney, Las Vegas, cruise ships, temples in India, and little places all over the world, but there’s something special about playing for our ‘seasoned citizens.’” Johnny’s set includes familiar songs from The Great American Songbook (Johnny Mercer, Cole Porter, Hank Williams, folk songs), Elvis Presley, “The Rat Pack” (Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin), movies (Sound of Music, Mary Poppins), “cowboy songs” (Gene Autry, Sons of the Pioneers), and much more. Earth Day with Science for Seniors’ Gloria Hoffner
Gloria Hoffner is the creator and owner of Science for Seniors, a nationally trademarked company presented in over 25 states and Canada since 2007. She is also the author of the books, Science for Seniors and Going Places in Northern Europe Armchair Adventures and Activities, both published by Idyll Arbor Inc. and workbooks More Science for Seniors and Brain Boosting Games.

DENNY SAROKIN has written for, recorded and toured with Every Mother’s Son, Rick Nelson & The Stone Canyon Band, Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young, and other Hit Artists. He’s written and recorded 100’s of songs for T.V. and Film, as well as being a touring solo artist, playing concerts, clubs, churches, and house parties. His songs feature Up-lifting Lyrics and Melodies that feel like Old Friends! With the help of a harmony pedal, Denny also plays full sounding cover versions of Classic Acoustic Songs. Tony Lombardi has been a performer for over 50 years and has played in bands since the age of 13. Tony plays five instruments, and his main instruments are the piano, keyboards, and the organ. Ben Mauro – Guitarist to Lionel Ritchie, Cher and more
Ben Mauro is an international musician, who has performed all over the world, in some of the largest venues, with Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Cher, Lionel Richie, Don Felder from the Eagles, Peter Frantom, and John Fogerty from Creedence Clearwater Revival. He has also performed with other icons, including Toni Braxton, Kelly Clarkson, and many others.
